Hermits, nature manifestos, and forest bathing? Keep your clothes on as we learn five different writing forms, engage with nature. In conjunction with learning about such topics as Japan's forest bathing, the healing benefits of nature, hermits, and diverse writing forms, we'll channel nature via walks and time outside as a muse for a variety of writing prompts.

Letters to Trees- Write an anonymous thank you letter to a tree you love on the sheets of paper on the wall.
Write words you associate with your time at Shawnee State Park in the game room or lobby. Sunday the poet in residence will present a poem inspired by your words.
